Before we hit the ground running on morning #1, I’ll send you a few simple questions to ponder via email that will give you an opportunity to start the process of choosing your best goal ahead of time.

The more you are exposed to something new, the more you get to understand it, and I really want you to gain a thorough understanding of everything you need to know and everything you need to do.

Day 01

Saturday 10am - 1pm EST

We’ll begin day one by breaking down the ACE Your Goals process and making sure you understand the basics of self programming practices.

Next, I’ll walk you step by step through selecting the best goal for you to set, utilizing Your Best Goal Guide. Your answers to the pre-weekend questions will be helpful here, but don’t worry too much if you weren’t able to get to complete them prior to class.

We’ll bring day one to a close having clearly specified the best goal for you to aim at and ACE. Should you require more time to finish completing the guide, you’ll have all afternoon to go over your work or add to it if needed.

Day 02

Having slept on your decisions from day 1, day 2 takes things further as we get into specific details about your programming efforts and then dives deep into the SMARTER Goals Guide, fully defining your goal as we go.
